Biggest Upgrades from the Previous Year


The 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara included some options of the previous version as standard features for the new one. For instance, the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, with 270 hp, is now the basic option for this trim.

The new Sahara also has a two-speed transfer case (Selec-Trac), and part-time Command-Trac. The 2023 Jeep Wrangler lineup offers only a four-door option for this trim.

Interior Layout and Options


This trim follows Jeep’s general tradition of being a spacious car. All seats have cloth upholstery, and the driver’s seat has eight options for adjustments, including a two-way lumbar adjustment. This trim also has split-folding seats, which increases cargo space considerably.

Additionally, the new Sahara has an automatic air conditioning system which includes air filtering, and LED ambient lighting.

Exterior Layout and Options


The new 4-door Sahara also has plenty of exterior features that are now standard. Those features include tow hooks, heated exterior mirrors, automatic halogen headlamps and fog lamps, a black 3-piece hard top, body-colour fender flares, and a Trail-Rated badge. The 18-inch wheels are made of polished aluminum and count on the support of a heavy-duty suspension.

This trim comes equipped with Uconnect 4C NAV, which is controlled via an 8.4-inch touchscreen display, with GPS navigation and wireless connectivity included. Additionally, there’s a 7-inch information display with customizable options.

The Alpine Premium Audio System is a standard feature of this trim, as well as a 1-year trial subscription for SiriusXM Guardian and Satellite Radio. The new Sahara also has a WiFi hotspot, and mobile connectivity, with Google Auto and Apple CarPlay.
